GOLDEN DRAGON YELLOW TEA

Our Golden Dragon is a fine Chinese tea. True yellow tea; which is only grown in China, is prepared similarly to green tea. During processing, the leaves are left damp to slightly oxidize the tea, turning the leaves extends the withering time and diminishes astringency, giving the finished liquor a warm golden hue. This unique tea processing makes it an exquisite “yellow tea” with its unique flavor profile. This Golden Dragon tea is nicknamed “10-degree yellow tea” by the artisans as it has a unique minimal 10% fermentation.

Once steeped to a deep golden hue, you will appreciate a wonderfully floral tea with a rich taste and lively character. Its flavor profile is similar to an oolong; it has a refreshing, floral, and clean, fresh mouth feel.
