How to Brew

Hot Method:
Use 1-1.5 tsp per 200ml (8 oz) of water at 95°C (200°F). Steep for 5-8 minutes - this blend needs time to fully open up. The longer the steep, the brighter the citrus and the deeper the hops.

Cold Brew:
Add 10g to 750ml of cold water and steep in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. The result is a lively, refreshing drink with a vivid citrus aroma. Serve over ice. A slice of orange or lemon is a lovely addition.

Quick Iced:
Brew a double-strength hot concentrate and pour immediately over a full glass of ice. Ready in minutes.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from moisture and strong odours. The hop cones are particularly sensitive to moisture - keep the container tightly sealed between uses. Best enjoyed within 12 months of opening.
