How to Brew

Hot Method:
Use 1–1.5 tsp per 200ml (8 oz) of water at 90°C (195°F). Steep for 2–3 minutes. Avoid boiling water - it dulls the creamy and floral notes. A second infusion is well worth it.

Cold Brew:
Add 10g to 750ml of cold water and steep in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours. Serve over ice. No sweetener needed - the blend is naturally sweet enough on its own.

Quick Iced:
Brew a double-strength hot cup and pour immediately over a full glass of ice. Ready in minutes.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from moisture and strong odours. The yoghurt crisps and freeze-dried fruit are sensitive to moisture - keep the container tightly sealed between uses. Best enjoyed within 6 months of opening.
