White Monkey is grown at more than 600 meters above sea level in China’s beautiful Fujian Province. Often mistaken as a white tea, it is, in fact, a selection of handpicked young green tea with long silvery white tea buds and rich pekoe, which offers a delicate, refreshing flavor profile.
Once steeped gives you a bright tea liquor with a delicately sweet taste and no bitterness.
