WINTER 1ST FLUSH YUNNAN

This very a unique, very early winter-spring tea in the world. This select Yunnan green tea was grown along the Liuluo River, in the south of China. Its umami sweet flavor is delightful. It is the 1^st flush picking of this year.

The firewood method was used to halt enzyme activity, to retain its brilliant green color and perfect oxidation, while adding a wonderful gentle smoked note. Once steeped, the highly aromatic leaf produces a lovely brilliant jade color liquor which is full and umami taste. Enjoy!
